Before you borrow
How much can I borrow?
Lendumi Everyday lends R500–R4 000, repaid in one payment after 15, 21, 30 or 35 days. The amount you are offered depends on eligibility, credit and affordability checks, and it can be less than you asked for.

A first-loan example of R2 000.00 over 30 days has a total repayment of R2 473.75, including interest and fees. The cost of credit is R473.75. Your personal quotation confirms the figures that apply to you.

How do I apply?
Check the requirements, find a repayment you can afford in the calculator, then select “Continue to partner”. The application and its identity, credit and affordability checks run on our partner’s secure website, not on this one. Never send identity documents, banking passwords or payments by email or chat.
Understand the application stepsWill using the calculator affect my credit score?
No. This calculator runs an example on your device and does not contact a credit bureau. A real credit application is a separate process and involves checks that should be explained before you submit your information.
Understand credit informationWhat do I need to qualify?
You need to be 18 or older, resident in South Africa, having a valid SA ID, verifiable regular income, your own bank account and access to a cellphone. You must be able to afford the repayment; meeting basic requirements does not guarantee approval.
Read the eligibility requirementsIs payout instant?
No instant payout is promised. Checks, bank cut-off times, non-business days and payment-provider availability can affect timing. An approved offer or confirmed debit order is not proof that funds have arrived.
Understand payout timingWhat is the “Continue to partner” button?
It is a paid link to our lending partner’s website, where applications are made. The partner runs its own checks and decides eligibility, price and terms; Lendumi does not see what you enter there and does not decide the outcome. Lendumi may be paid if you take up an offer with that partner, and that does not change what these guides say about costs or risks.

Yes. An application includes a credit check and an affordability assessment of your income, essential expenses and existing debts, and you are told about both before you submit your details. Using the calculator runs no check and does not affect your credit record.

What does DebiCheck confirm?
DebiCheck lets you confirm agreed debit-order details with your bank. Check the company, amount or collection parameters and date. It is separate from a credit agreement and does not confirm a loan payout.
Read the DebiCheck guideCan I settle a loan early?
Ask the creditor for a settlement quotation for the date you intend to pay. Check its amount, validity, payment reference and the treatment of any scheduled debit order. The calculator is not a settlement quote for an existing loan.
Prepare for early settlementWhat if I cannot make a repayment?
Contact your creditor as early as possible. Explain what changed and ask about options you can realistically afford. A request for help does not automatically pause a debit order, change a due date or waive fees. Get any accepted arrangement in writing.

Should I pay a fee to release a loan?
Be cautious of messages asking for an upfront release or activation payment to unlock funds or guarantee approval. Verify the lender and channel independently. This website does not accept loan payments or charge you to use the calculator.
Recognise loan scamsWhere can I make a complaint?
Use the verified complaints channel of the creditor involved and keep the relevant dates, agreement reference and evidence. Lendumi’s complaints contact and the independent escalation routes are listed in the complaints guide.

Lendumi uses www.lendumi.co.za and the contact details listed on its contact page. It never asks for an upfront fee to release a loan, or for your bank PIN, password or OTP. If a message looks doubtful, do not use its links: contact Lendumi through the details on this website and report the message to [email protected].
