Read in a way that works for you
The layout adapts to smaller screens. Headings organise the content, and article navigation links jump to individual sections. Important costs are available as text rather than only as images.
Use a keyboard
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. The first Skip to content link moves to the main page. Enter activates links and buttons; Space also works on buttons. Escape closes the mobile navigation menu.
Change an estimate without dragging
The calculator includes a numeric amount field alongside the slider. Use the term selector and cost-breakdown button to inspect the repayment. Invalid amounts have a written error message.
Read, save and print
Help answers and articles are available without an account. Use Print guide on an article to open your browser’s print options, including saving a PDF where supported. The borrowing checklist is also available as a plain-text file.
Testing and limitations
The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA. Automated checks, keyboard checks and responsive testing support this aim but do not establish full conformance. Screen-reader and real-device testing remain outstanding.
