Ask before you agree
If an interest sum, a fee or a clause in the agreement is unclear, ask for an explanation. Ask which languages the documents come in, too, before you accept. Do not rely on a summary that leaves out costs or duties.
Other languages
Loan documents and support are in English. If you would like a clause or a charge explained in simpler words, ask before you sign.
