The scope of this notice

This notice covers www.lendumi.co.za: reading the guides, using the calculator and following links from it. Loan applications, credit checks and payments do not run on this website; they happen on our partner’s website, under its own privacy notice. The responsible party for this website is Lendumi Financial Solutions Proprietary Limited (company and registration details).

Browsing and using the calculator

You do not need to register to read the guides or use the calculator. The sum is worked out in your own browser. The website’s code does not send the amount to a credit bureau or a bank, and it does not use the amount to make a lending decision.

Your browser asks the server for pages and files. That request shows ordinary connection details, such as its IP address and the URL asked for. The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles connection and request data under its service arrangements and privacy policy, and it may do so outside South Africa. This website runs no customer database, no advertising analytics and no session replay. Cloudflare does insert its own visitor-measurement script at its network edge. This website’s content security policy blocks that script, so it never runs and collects nothing.

Following the partner link

The “Continue to partner” button is an ordinary link to an outside partner’s website. Once you are there, that website decides what it collects and keeps, under its own privacy notice. Lendumi may be paid if you take up an offer. Nothing you type on this website travels with the link.

Storage on your own device

The website sets no cookies and saves nothing in your browser’s storage. The cookie notice explains what the hosting provider and partner sites may do.

Search, downloads and external links

Help searches filter articles on your device, and the search text is not sent anywhere. Downloading a checklist or a calculator example does not ask for your email address. Links to other websites are handled by those websites, under their own privacy notices.

Opening a mail or telephone link uses your own chosen app. If you send a message, its contents are handled by the email or messaging provider involved. Check the recipient before you share personal information.

What should you never send by email or chat?

Do not send ID numbers, bank statements, health details, bank passwords, PINs or OTPs by email, WhatsApp or social media. No one from Lendumi will ask for a banking password, PIN or OTP.

Raising a privacy question

Send privacy enquiries to compliance@lendumi.co.za, for the attention of the Information Officer. Start by saying what kind of request you have, and ask for the verified route to use. Do not attach identity documents. The information-request guide explains access and correction enquiries.

Changes to this notice

If the website starts to collect more information, for example through analytics or a form, this notice is updated first and the update date at the end of the page changes.
