What documents does a loan application need?
A credit assessment normally asks for three things: proof of identity, evidence of income and bank statements covering a stated period. Each document should be complete, unedited and either an original or a genuine download from the provider that issued it. The exact list and statement period are set out in the application itself, so use this page to get ready before you start. The documents let a lender check that you are who you say you are and that the repayment is affordable.
Preparing a readable copy
- Include every requested page, with no cropped edges.
- Make sure your name, dates and transaction amounts are readable.
- Cover the full period requested; one page may not be the full statement.
- Use original documents or genuine downloads from the issuing provider.
- Do not edit transactions or submit someone else’s information.
What if a document is rejected?
Check the reason before uploading it again. The issue may be an unreadable image, a missing page, an incorrect period or details that do not match. Ask which item needs correction instead of sending unrelated records.
Sharing documents safely
Check who is asking, why the document is needed and how it will be submitted. Do not send bank statements or ID photographs through unsolicited links, public comments or unverified chats, and never send a banking password or OTP to support. A bank connection is a different route from uploading a statement, and the scam guide lists the warning signs.
This information website does not take document uploads. Share documents only inside the secure application, never through WhatsApp, social media or a link you did not expect.
